Before you start: what to have ready
- ✓Your team colours, ideally as colour codes, or a photo of an old kit.
- ✓Your crest or logo, as large and clear a file as you have.
- ✓Any sponsor logos and where each sponsor wants to appear.
- ✓A rough count of players, and later a list of names, numbers and sizes.
Step 1: pick your sport and garment
Kit Studio has round neck, V-neck, Chinese collar and polo jerseys in half or full sleeve, set-in or raglan, plus sleeveless styles, a cycling jersey and shorts. Each garment is offered for the sports it suits: cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, kabaddi, esports and running. Not sure which to start from? Read how to choose a jersey style for your sport.
Step 2: set colours and patterns
Choose a base colour, then add a pattern and contrast colours for the sleeves, collar and panels. Because every jersey is fully sublimated, any colour, gradient or all-over pattern can be printed edge to edge. Two or three colours with strong contrast usually read best on the field.
Step 3: add your logo, names and numbers
Upload your crest and sponsor logos and place them on the 3D model. Add a name and number to see how the back will look. Names, numbers and logos are included in the price, so you can add as many sponsors as you need. For layout ideas, see where logos, names and numbers go on a jersey.
Step 4: add it to your cart
When it looks right, add the kit to your cart and enter the quantity for each size. The price is set by every piece in your cart together: ₹599 a jersey, 15% off from 6 pieces, 25% from 26, 35% from 51 and 40% from 100. Matching shorts and track pants count towards the same discount.
Step 5: get your free mockup and approve
A Xipid designer checks your design, balances the layout and sends a full mockup, front and back, within 24 hours. Ask for as many changes as you like. Read every name and number against your list before you approve, because what is approved is what is printed. Production starts only after you approve, and kits are dispatched pan-India in about 4 days.
Three ways to design, compared
| Way to design | Best for | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Kit Studio (3D) | Seeing the kit on a model | Design it yourself in 3D, add to cart |
| Jersey maker | Starting from a blank style | Pick sport, colours, logo and numbers online |
| No time or no idea yet | Send colours, logo and a reference |
All three end the same way: a free mockup from a real designer, and nothing to pay until you approve it. To see what every option costs before you start, read what you can customize on a team jersey.
Prefer a designer to do it?
Send your colours, logo and any reference on WhatsApp, and a designer sends a free mockup within 24 hours. You pay only after you approve.
