Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch times

• Standard: about four days pan-India from the moment you approve your mockup and payment has cleared.
• Rush: two-day dispatch is available at a 20% surcharge. Ask our team on WhatsApp and we will confirm whether a rush timeline is possible for your order before you pay.
• We confirm and commit to a delivery date before you pay, so you know whether your kit will make your tournament date.
• Large orders and orders combining several garment types may need longer. The quote will say so.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged separately and is not free. For website orders it is calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address. For bulk and team orders it is quoted with the order. Ask us for the courier charge to your city before you approve a final total.

Where we deliver

• Across India: to any serviceable pin code, by courier.
• Worldwide: international delivery is quoted case by case. Message us with the destination and quantity.
• Store collection in Bangalore: collect free from Koramangala, Kadubeesanahalli or Electronic City. Tell us before dispatch and we will hold your order at the store you choose.

Tracking

We send the courier name and tracking number by WhatsApp or email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also follow it on our Track my order page. If tracking has not moved for two working days, message us and we will chase the courier.

Delivery problems

• Wrong or incomplete address: please check it before you confirm. A redelivery to a corrected address may carry a further courier charge.
• Nobody available: couriers normally reattempt. After a failed reattempt the parcel returns to us and we will arrange redelivery.
• Damaged in transit: photograph the parcel before opening it fully and tell us within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Outside our control: courier delays, weather, strikes and public holidays can affect a delivery date. We will keep you informed and do everything we can to keep your date.
