Returns & Exchange

Custom sublimated kit is manufactured to your approved design, roster and size sheet, and cannot be resold, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns. What we do guarantee is that what arrives matches what you approved.

We replace or remake, free

If there is a manufacturing defect, a wrong item, a wrong print against your approved mockup, or a garment that does not match the size sheet you confirmed, we replace or remake the affected pieces at no cost to you.

What is not covered

• A size you selected that fits differently from what you expected. Use our size guide, ask for a sample size before a big order, and check the size sheet we send you.
• Spelling, names, numbers or artwork exactly as they appeared on the mockup you approved.
• Normal wear, or damage from washing against the care instructions.
• Slight shade variation between a screen and sublimated fabric.

Ready-to-buy items

Ready-to-buy stock is covered for manufacturing defects on the same terms and the same 7-day window. We do not offer size exchanges or change-of-mind returns on ready-to-buy stock.

Cancelling instead

If you have paid but not yet approved your mockup, you can still cancel for a full refund. Once the mockup is approved the order is in production and cannot be cancelled. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms and refund timelines.
