This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or place an order, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, phone number and email address, from an enquiry form, WhatsApp, a phone call or an order.
• Order details: delivery address, the items and sizes you ordered, and your GSTIN if you ask for a GST invoice.
• Roster details: the player names, numbers and sizes you send us so we can print them on your kit.
• Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, email or the website form, so we can answer and keep a record of what was agreed.
• Website usage: pages visited and how you arrived, through the analytics tools listed below.

Why we hold it

To quote for your order, produce a mockup, manufacture and print your kit, raise a GST invoice, deliver it, and answer you afterwards. We also keep order records for as long as Indian tax and company law requires.

Who we share it with

• Our own production and printing team at the Tirupur factory, for the roster and specification needed to make your order.
• Courier partners, who receive the name, address and phone number needed to deliver.
• Our payment gateway, which processes your payment.
• Our accountants and auditors, for statutory records.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site and which pages lead to enquiries. These set cookies in your browser and collect usage data in aggregate. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Keeping it safe

The site runs over HTTPS. Access to order and customer records is limited to the people who need it to do their job.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for tax or legal reasons. Email orders@xipidsports.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying to any message and telling us to stop.

Children

We sell to teams, schools and clubs, and orders for junior players are placed by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from a child.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the bottom of this page.
