Your club name, your name and an email. Confirm it, and our team approves your store.

Upload your logo, pick kit from our range or design a full custom kit in 3D, set your club price, add your story, committee, fixtures and photos.
- 3Share the link
Send it to members on WhatsApp. Each member orders, adds their name and number, and pays online. We make and deliver.

Club stores FAQ
Who can open a club store?
Any club, school, academy, turf, society or organisation. You don't need a website: your club store can be one. Our team approves every store before it goes live.
Can I sign up with Gmail?
Yes. Any email you check regularly works. We send a link to confirm it, and our team checks every club before its store goes live.
How does our club earn?
You set your club price at or above our price. The difference is your club's commission on every piece sold, counted once the order is paid. Your dashboard shows what you have earned, what has been paid out and what is owed.
Is there a limit on the club price?
Yes. Your dashboard shows the lowest and highest price you can set for each item, and the commission per piece as you type.
Can members add their own name and number?
Yes, on the items you allow. You set the number range, and you can make each number unique so no two members get the same one.
What are order windows?
Keep the store open all year, or open it for set dates, such as before a new season. Outside a window members can see the store but can't order, and the page shows when the next window opens.
Do we get a website too?
Yes. Your store is also your club's website: home page slides, your story, committee, achievements, a gallery, news, and contact details. Club Pro adds fixtures and results, a sponsor section and your own domain. You can search for and buy a domain from your dashboard; our team connects it to your store.
How do members pay and get their kit?
Members pay online when they order (UPI, cards or net banking). We make every piece and ship it to the member. The club handles no money and holds no stock.
Can we sell a fully custom kit?
Yes. Design it in our 3D Kit Studio from your dashboard and add it to your store, or pick ready items and we put your logo on them.
Is a club store free?
Yes. Every store starts on the Free plan: your store, club price, order windows, a club website and one members' promo code, with no fee. Club Pro is optional, at ₹1,999 + GST a year.
What does Club Pro add?
Your own domain (.com or .in) registered in your club's name, fixtures and results, a sponsor section with logos and links, unlimited members' promo codes, club email forwarding on your domain, a live sales dashboard, priority design support with one new kit design free each season, and only a small "Kit by Xipid Sports" link in your footer.
Can our club get Club Pro free?
Yes. When your club's paid orders reach 50 pieces in a year, Club Pro is free for the next 12 months. It switches on by itself, and your dashboard shows how close you are.
What happens if Club Pro ends?
Your store moves back to the Free plan and keeps selling. A domain you claimed stays your club's: it is registered in your club's name.
