Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every quote, order and delivery from Xipid Sports. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who you are dealing with

Xipid Sports is a brand of Zorixo Creations Pvt Ltd (CIN U46411TN2024PTC172421), part of Zorixo Lifestyle Group, with its own sublimation factory in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu and three retail stores in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Quotes and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees.
• A written quote holds for the quantity and specification stated on it. If the quantity, garment, fabric or specification changes, the price changes with it.
• Volume pricing is based on the quantity per garment line. The per-piece price falls as the quantity rises.
• GST is charged at 5% on garments priced at or below ₹2,500 per piece. Every order is invoiced with GST and we are happy to work against a purchase order.
• Delivery is charged separately and is calculated at checkout or quoted with a bulk order. Delivery is not free.

Mockups and approval

We produce a free mockup of your design, normally within 24 hours. Nothing enters production until you approve it in writing. The approved mockup is what we manufacture against, and it is the reference we use if you later raise a problem, so please check spelling, names, numbers, colours and sizes carefully before approving.

Payment

• Individuals and direct orders: payment in full before production begins. Orders placed on this website are paid at checkout.
• Teams, companies, schools and other business orders: an advance once the mockup is approved, with the balance due before dispatch.
• Production begins only once payment has cleared into our account. A payment screenshot is not confirmation.
• Online payments are processed by our payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. Business customers may also pay by bank transfer against a proforma invoice.

Production and delivery

Standard dispatch is about four days pan-India from the moment you approve your mockup and payment has cleared. Two-day rush dispatch is available at a 20% surcharge, subject to confirmation for your order. We confirm and commit to a delivery date before you pay. Your artwork, logos and names

• By sending us artwork, a logo, a team name or a sponsor mark, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you accept responsibility for that use.
• We do not reproduce official club crests, league marks, sponsor logos or licensed team badges. We can make kit in a team's colours and style with your own name and number.
• We may show finished work in our portfolio, on our website and on social media unless you ask us in writing not to.

Colour, fit and tolerance

Sublimation prints onto fabric, and colour can vary slightly from what a screen shows. We match to the approved mockup. Small variation in shade, print placement or garment measurement within normal manufacturing tolerance is not a defect.

Cancellations, refunds and returns

Custom orders can be cancelled with a full refund at any point before you approve the mockup, and not after. Defects and wrong items are replaced free within 7 days of delivery. The full terms, including how refunds are paid, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from an event being missed where the delay was outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
