Refund & Cancellation Policy

Almost everything we make is sublimated to your own design, colours, roster and size sheet. It carries your team's name and cannot be sold to anyone else, so the point at which an order can still be cancelled matters. This policy sets out exactly where that line falls.

Custom and made-to-order items

Production starts only once you have approved the mockup and we have received payment against the confirmed quote.

If you need to change sizes, quantities or artwork, tell us before you approve the mockup. Once approved, the file goes to the factory as-is.

If something is wrong with your order

We replace or remake the affected pieces free of charge if there is:

• a manufacturing defect in the fabric, stitching or print;
• a wrong item, wrong colour or wrong print against the mockup you approved;
• a garment that does not match the size sheet you confirmed.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photographs and your order number, on WhatsApp or at orders@xipidsports.com. If we cannot supply a replacement, we refund the affected pieces in full.

What this does not cover

• A size you selected that fits differently from what you expected. We publish a size guide and confirm your size sheet in writing before production.
• Artwork, spelling, names or numbers exactly as they appeared on the mockup you approved.
• Normal wear, or damage caused by washing against the care instructions.
• Slight colour variation between a screen and sublimated fabric, which is inherent to the process.

Ready-to-buy items

Ready-to-buy stock is covered for manufacturing defects on the same terms and the same 7-day window as above. We do not offer size exchanges or change-of-mind returns on ready-to-buy stock.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method: the UPI ID, card or account the payment came from. We cannot send a refund to a different account.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to show the credit.
• Payments made by bank transfer against a proforma invoice are refunded to the account the transfer came from.

If we cancel an order

If we cannot deliver, because a fabric is unavailable or we cannot meet the date we committed to, we will tell you as soon as we know and refund 100% of what you have paid, at whatever stage the order has reached.
