Printing guide
How sublimation actually works, and why it is the right choice for custom jerseys that get worn and washed hard.
Your design is printed onto transfer paper, then heat and pressure turn the ink into gas that bonds with the polyester fibres. The result is a fabric where the design is permanent and the surface stays soft, with no heavy layer sitting on top.
| Method | Durability | Feel |
|---|---|---|
| Sublimation | Permanent, never peels | Soft, breathable |
| Screen print | Can crack over time | Ink layer on top |
| Vinyl / heat transfer | Edges lift and peel | Thick, less breathable |
All-over designs, gradients, photographic patterns and full-colour crests are all possible with sublimation and impossible or costly with screen print. And because nothing sits on the surface, the kit stays breathable for real matches and long seasons.
