Step 1: pick one organiser and a deadline
Orders go wrong when five people message about the same kit. Choose one class representative or committee member to collect everything, talk to us and approve the design. Fix a date by which every student must send their size and name, and work backwards from the fest using the timeline below.
Step 2: agree the design
Send your college colours, crest or fest logo and a rough idea on WhatsApp. We draw it and send a free mockup within 24 hours. If your class wants to play with ideas first, anyone can try colours, patterns, names and numbers on a 3D jersey in Kit Studio and share the result.
Settle the design before you collect sizes. Changing the colour after everyone has signed up is easy; changing the cut or sleeve after the list is final means asking the whole class again.
Step 3: collect sizes, names and numbers
- ✓Use one shared sheet with four columns: student name, name to print, number and size.
- ✓Ask students to check their size against a jersey they already own. Our team jersey size planning guide explains how to measure and how to handle a mixed group.
- ✓Agree how names are written (first name, surname or nickname) and keep the spelling exactly as it should be printed.
- ✓Check for two students asking for the same number before you send the list.
- ✓Close the sheet on the deadline. Late additions can still be ordered later, but a small second order is priced by its own piece count.
Step 4: budget per student
The price per piece is set by every piece in the order together, so the whole class ordering at once pays less each than small groups ordering separately. These are jersey-only prices from our price list:

Totals are before delivery. Shorts (₹549), track pants (₹699) and windcheaters (₹899) count towards the same steps. For example, 20 students in jersey and track pants is 40 pieces, which moves both to the 25% price: ₹449 plus ₹524, or ₹973 per student and ₹19,460 for the class.

Step 5: plan back from the fest date

Step 6: approve, then pay
You see the full design, with names and numbers, before anything is made.
Nothing is paid until the organiser approves the mockup and the size list.

Printed and stitched in our own factory, so there is no reseller margin on top.
Collect each student's share before you approve, so the organiser is not left paying for the whole class while waiting for money to come in.
What can go wrong, and how to avoid it
- ✓The size list arrives late. Set the deadline at least two weeks before the fest and close the sheet on that day.
- ✓A name is misspelt. Read the names on the mockup against the sheet before you approve; what is approved is what is printed.
- ✓Two students have the same number. Sort the sheet by number before you send it.
- ✓Wrong sizes. Ask students to measure a jersey they own rather than guess, using the size planning guide.
- ✓Students join after the order. No minimum order means a late jersey can still be made, but order the main batch together to keep the lower price.
