How do you get sizes for a team order?
Send every player our size guide, ask for their chest measurement and preferred size, and collect them in one roster with name, number and size. Guessing from S, M and L is the most common cause of reorders.
Step 2: one roster, one sheet
| Name on back | Number | Fit | Size |
|---|---|---|---|
| SMITH | 7 | Men's | L |
| GARCIA | 10 | Women's | M |
| PATEL | 4 | Kids | 30 |
Write names exactly as they should appear on the back, in capitals if that is how you want them printed.
Step 3: youth and adult fits
Kids sizes 24 to 34 are for younger players. For players between kids and adult sizes, send their chest measurement and your designer suggests the size. Some women prefer a men's size for a looser fit.
Step 4: growing kids
For youth teams, size up when a player is between sizes, especially for a full season or a fall and spring season in the same uniform.
Step 5: spares
Order one or two spare jerseys in common sizes without names, for a player who joins midseason or a lost jersey. With no minimum order, you can also reorder a single jersey later.
Step 6: check before printing
Your designer sends the roster back with the mockup. Check every name, number and size before you approve: changes after printing mean a new jersey.
