How long does it take to order team uniforms?
Allow about 6 weeks: a few days to agree the design and collect sizes, then around 4 weeks from design approval to delivery. Rush orders are possible on request.
Step 1: write a short brief
- ✓Sport and pieces: jersey, shorts, warm ups
- ✓Colors: team colors, and home and away if you need both
- ✓Logo: crest and sponsor logos, the clearest file you have
- ✓Player count and the date you need them
Step 2: pick a starting point
Start from one of 300 ready designs from $34, design your own in Kit Studio, or send a reference and let a designer draw it. See design your own jersey.
Step 3: approve the mockup
A real designer sends a front and back mockup within 24 hours. Ask for changes until it's right. You pay only after you approve.
Step 4: send the roster
Send each player's name, number and size in one list. Our size planning guide shows how to collect sizes without mistakes.
Step 5: pay and production
Pay online by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your uniforms are sublimated, cut and sewn in our own factory in India.
Step 6: delivery and duties
Uniforms arrive by tracked courier in around 4 weeks from approval. The delivery charge is confirmed with your quote. Import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by you on delivery. US duties and tariffs on goods from India may apply. Ask for the full landed cost before you pay.
