Custom jersey fabrics, explained simply

What the common jersey fabrics are, how they feel and perform, and how to choose the right one for your sport.

In short: most custom sports jerseys use a lightweight, breathable, quick-dry polyester because it takes sublimation printing perfectly and holds up to hard play. The right weight and knit depend on your sport.

Why fabric matters

The fabric decides how your kit feels, how it moves, how it breathes, and how the print looks. A good performance fabric keeps players cool and dry and makes colours look vivid; a cheap one feels hot and looks flat.

Is the print on top of the fabric?

No. We sublimate, so the design is dyed into the fabric itself and never cracks or peels.
