Frequently asked questions
Is there really no minimum order?+
Correct, we produce from a single item. Volume discounts start at 10 pieces, but one-offs, replacements and gifts are welcome.
How long does my order take?+
Mockup: 24 hours. Production + tracked UK delivery: quoted on your mockup and confirmed before you pay. Tell us any fixture or event date and we schedule backwards from it.
How do I pay, and when?+
You pay only after approving your mockup. UK payment options are shown at checkout / shared on WhatsApp; prices include VAT.
What if my kit arrives with a problem?+
Message WhatsApp with a photo, wrong sizes, miscounts or defects are resolved same-day with replacements. UK consumer rights apply to every order.
Can you copy a professional club's kit?+
No, pro kit designs and club crests are protected. We design original kits in any colour scheme you love, which your club then owns outright.
Do you print sponsor logos?+
Yes, unlimited sponsors included in the sublimated design at no extra charge. Vector files preferred; we redraw from photos when needed.
What sports do you cover?+
Football, darts, netball, rugby, cycling, basketball, cricket, training wear and more, if it's worn by a team, we make it.
Where are kits made?+
In our own factory, design, sublimation, stitching and QC under one roof. That vertical integration is why fully custom kit costs less at Xipid.
How do reorders work?+
Your design stays on file forever. Message a name, number and size for a match to your existing kit, no minimum, no setup fee.
Who is behind Xipid Sports in the UK?+
XipidSports is a trading name of Zorixo Ventures Ltd, registered in England & Wales, Company No. 15975548, VAT No. GB 506 4612 12.
