Custom embroidered caps start from £14 including VAT, with snapback, fitted and premium branded blanks (including genuine Flexfit® styles on request) available. 3D-embroidered logos are included, with no minimum order.

Are these genuine Flexfit caps?+

On request, yes, we embroider on genuine Flexfit®/Yupoong blanks when you want the branded stretch-fit product; otherwise our standard premium blanks keep the price lower. Flexfit® and Yupoong are trademarks of their owner; we supply them as decorated genuine blanks.

What embroidery styles do you offer?+

Flat embroidery, raised 3D puff embroidery, and combinations across front, side and rear panels. Complex logos are redrawn for stitch-optimisation free of charge.

Is there a minimum order for caps?+

No, single caps welcome. Volume pricing starts at 10, and club-shop reorder runs are easy because your stitch files stay on record.

Can caps match our team kit?+

Yes, cap colours and crest treatments are matched to your kit design so the whole club range looks planned, not assembled.

Your free design mockup arrives within 24 hours. Production and tracked UK delivery timelines are confirmed in writing before you pay, tell us your deadline first and we schedule production backwards from it, with rush options for emergencies.

Is there a minimum order for custom caps?+

No, we produce from a single item with no setup fees, unlike most UK suppliers who require 5–15 pieces on first orders. Volume pricing starts at 10 items.

Is VAT included in the price?+
