How sublimation works
Your design is printed onto transfer paper with sublimation inks. Under heat and pressure the inks turn into a gas and bond with the polyester fibers, then cool back into the fabric. The jersey panels are then cut and sewn. The full process is in our sublimation printing guide.

Every color, name, number and logo is included. There are no screen or setup fees, because sublimation needs no screens.
Sublimation, screen printing or tackle twill?
Screen printing lays ink on top of the fabric and charges per color. Tackle twill sews cut fabric letters onto the jersey, the look of baseball and hockey jerseys. Sublimation dyes the design into the fabric. We sublimate everything; an embroidered or printed logo is available on request only. Compare them in sublimation vs screen printing.
