Choosing the right men’s basketball apparel:

For league play: Standard basketball jerseys are sleeveless with team name, squad numbers (front and back), and sponsor placement. Our 140 GSM polyester provides proper drape for the basketball aesthetic. Side seams reinforced for sleeveless cut durability.

For practice: Reversible jerseys (different colour on each side) are essential for practice sessions where teams need to scrimmage with quick team-changes. Our reversible jerseys use a slightly heavier 160 GSM fabric since both sides need to hold colour without bleed-through.

For shooting/warm-up: Shooting shirts (typically long-sleeve, looser fit) worn during warm-ups and shootarounds before stripping down to game jerseys. Often ordered in team colours with player names.

Basketball shorts: Standard basketball shorts have a longer cut than football shorts (below-knee for most cuts) and looser fit. Drawstring waistband. Often have multiple side panels for design freedom.

Sizing for basketball: Basketball jerseys typically fit looser than football kit — there’s a deliberately loose-fit aesthetic. Size up if you want the proper basketball look, or stay true-to-size for a more athletic fit.
