Typical race event order: 1,000 participant t-shirts in 6 sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL), with event logo on the chest, race title and date on the back, sponsor logos arranged appropriately along the sides and sleeves. Delivered 10–14 days before race date. We typically work with race directors 6–10 weeks ahead of the event.

Finisher tees are typically heavier weight (200 GSM, not the 130-150 GSM of race-day apparel), with prominent “FINISHER” text, race name, distance achieved, and year. These are premium pieces that participants treasure. We make finisher tees in batches matching expected finisher numbers (typically 70–85% of registered participants for half-marathons, 90%+ for 5K/10K).

Charity Run T-shirts — Cause-Driven Design

Bangalore hosts numerous charity runs throughout the year — for cancer awareness, autism support, environmental causes, child welfare, and many others. Charity run t-shirts need impactful cause-focused design: cause statistics or messaging on the back, charity logo prominent, sponsor logos arranged respectfully, participant name optional. We work pro-bono on design for registered charities with limited budgets.

Pacer & Race Volunteer Apparel

Race events need distinguishable apparel for pacers and volunteers. Pacer jerseys typically have large pace numbers on front and back (e.g., “2:00” for 2-hour half-marathon pacer) so runners can identify and follow them. Race volunteer t-shirts use a different bright colour from participant tees (typically high-vis orange or yellow) with “VOLUNTEER” or “STAFF” prominently marked. We supply these as part of race event packages or separately.
