What Custom Jerseys Actually Cost (An Honest Breakdown)
Custom sublimation jerseys in India start around ₹599 per piece and the price is driven by three things only: fabric choice, quantity tier, and add-ons like trousers or shorts. Design complexity costs nothing — a gradient prints for the same price as a plain kit — and names & numbers are included at a real factory.
What actually drives the price of a custom jersey?
Three inputs, in order of impact. Quantity — the press runs whether it prints 5 panels or 50, so per-piece cost falls in tiers (typically at 5, 10, 20 and 50 pieces). Fabric — a heavier 160 GSM cricket interlock costs more per metre than featherweight dot-knit. Garment add-ons — matching trousers, shorts or full-sleeve cuts add fabric and stitching time.
