Returns on personalised goods
Because kits are personalised and made to your specification, the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to customised items once production has begun, this is the same for all made-to-order teamwear. That's exactly why we use approval mockups: nothing is produced until you've confirmed the design, names, numbers and sizes in writing.
Faulty or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If anything arrives faulty, misprinted against your approved mockup, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days: you're entitled to a replacement or refund, and in practice we resolve issues same-day on WhatsApp with photographic confirmation, no forms, no fuss.
Sizing
Choose sizes using our published size guides; size-choice errors on personalised items aren't faults, but talk to us anyway, where we can remake or adjust at reduced cost, we will. For team orders we strongly recommend the spare-shirt tip in our size guide.
